Εφαρμόζει τη διπλή, αλκαλική και όξινη προσβολή του μετάλλου, πολύ πριν την παθητικοποίησή του με σκοπό την απολυτη και εις βάθος χρόπνου προστασία του προφίλ αλουμινίου από περιβαντολογικούς παράγοντες, υγρασία, αλατόνερο, ζέστη, απότομες κλιματικες αλλαγές. Αυτή η χημική επεξεργασία είναι αποκλειστική πατέντα της EXTRACOLOR και καταδεικνύει αντοχή στο salt spray test (αλατονέφωση) για 1000 ώρες, δηλαδή τη μέγιστη αντιδιαβρωτική προστασία.
